Foundry Leadership Crucibles are designed for leaders who have already seen every resort, heard every keynote, and trusted every fall, and who want a fresh challenge.We deploy a 12-man team to you for five days in the wild, where you will live, work, and train alongside Special Operations combat Veterans who have led under fire and carried real responsibility for human lives.Together, you’ll navigate difficult terrain, deliberate under stress, and build teams and processes that succeed when the script falls apart.By the time you smell conditioned air again, you’ll know exactly what kind of leader you are, and what kind you’re ready to become.

Our cadre is comprised of elite combat Veterans who have led teams in the harshest environments on Earth, where clarity must survive chaos and trust must outlast fear. They serve as teammates and teachers who carry the burden of experience and the humility of survival. They’ll challenge you, support you, and expect you to rise, because they know what you’re capable of, even if you don't. These men and women forged their leadership in fire, and now they’re here to help you forge yours.

Foundry Leadership Crucibles place you in a setting where you can’t fake composure, delegate grit, or hide behind comfort. You will face controlled adversity alongside warriors who have lived through the real thing. And in that pressure, you will rediscover why you lead, who you serve, and what you can make happen when there are no shortcuts left.
